This Traditional Turkish Cottage is located just minutes from the centre of Dalyan on Turkeys Mediterranean coast.

Dalyan is a perfect choice for people looking for the real Turkey, the village was originally a small Turkish fishing village but became famous thanks to the Loggerhead Turtle which nests on the nearby beach.  Unlike other resorts Dalyan still retains its traditional roots.
Similarly the cottage is a Traditional building which has undergone a tasteful regeneration, with original wooden windows and doors and a modern well equipped kitchen the traditional and modern world blend perfectly.

The Price includes full use of The Cottage, Gardens, BBQ Area and a welcome pack upon arrival, there is also a plentiful supply of bottled water.
The owners have also arranged with a local hotel for use of their pool.

Facilities

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, there is a bathroom with W/C and shower.  The traditional charm of this house is enhanced with traditional wooden ceilings and floors and the use of local stone throughout the house.  The lounge contains a TV, DVD player and CD/Radio.

Rooms

The cottage consists to 2 bedrooms, one double and one single and a lounge with double sofa bed and would sleep 5 comfortably.

Restaurants & Bars

Dalyan has a wide variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets and most of these are within 10 minutes walk of the cottage, many of these offer ideal places to people watch and many also offer views of the Canal and Lycian Rock Tombs.  Nearby you will also find many small markets with a wide range of goods at reasonable prices.

Location

The town of Dalyan is located on the Turquoise coast in southern Turkey.   Dalyan is well known thanks to its proximity to the famous 7km Iztuzu Beach where the endangered Loggerhead Turtles (Caretta Caretta) lay their eggs.
